Dear Valued Junction Fromagerie Customers, It is with mixed emotions that we share with you the news that we are closing the Junction Fromagerie. We are proud of the fact that for the past 12 years we have made Canadian artisanal cheese and charcuterie producers the focus of our small business. It has been our pleasure not only to have been purveyors of fine Canadian and International cheese but also have had the opportunity to serve and grow with the Junction Community. We also consider ourselves fortunate in having had the pleasure of working with so many young Junctionites over the years who were eager to learn about cheese, food production and customer sales. Alas rising costs on all fronts have forced us to reconsider our priorities, so we have decided to return our focus to our first love; Chocolate and Ice Cream. Our last day open is Saturday, Sept. 28th. We look forward to seeing you all at Delight. P.S.
